  7. Prepare of Some Shimeji mushroom.
  8. You need 1 of Chicken stock cube.
  9. You need of Some Macaroni(if you want).

Vegetable Detox Soup instructions

  1. Wash and cut all the ingredients in small pieces..
  2. Heat olive oil in a pot, stir fry onion and carrot. Add tomato, Shimeji mushrooms, celery and cabbage. Pour some water until it covers all the ingredients..
  3. Add some macaroni. This time I used Disney Frozen macaroni which I bought in Japan..
  4. Add 1 chicken stock cube and adjust taste with salt and pepper..
