- Wash and cut all the ingredients in small pieces..
- Heat olive oil in a pot, stir fry onion and carrot. Add tomato, Shimeji mushrooms, celery and cabbage. Pour some water until it covers all the ingredients..
- Add some macaroni. This time I used Disney Frozen macaroni which I bought in Japan..
- Add 1 chicken stock cube and adjust taste with salt and pepper..
